Seat Arrangement

1. Each player takes turn to throw 3 dices and sum it up.
2. Place and shuffle one of each wind tiles on the table.
3. In descending order of the sum, each player will pick one wind tile.
4. The wind tile chosen by the player will be their initial seat wind.
